Upcoming Events

The BCAC Box Office is open Tuesday-Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The box office is open an hour and a half before each event start time for sales at the door. As of August 29th, BCAC will be selling tickets for select events at the box office and online via Vendini. Look for the "Buy Tickets Now" button accompanying certain shows. All events are at the Turnage Theater unless otherwise noted.

During the months of July - September, the Beaufort County Traditional Music Association & Beaufort County Arts Council cooperatively presented a series of local, grassroots, family-friendly entertainment at the Turnage Theater in downtown Washington. Join us for one more show with the Rollin Columbia Ragtime Revue.

Tickets are available from the Turnage Theater box office and at the door. For each show, doors open at 7:00 pm and seating begins at 7:30 pm.

Fall 2014 MAINSTAGE Series
September - December 2014

The Beaufort County Arts Council will begin its inaugural 2014 Fall MainStage Series in September at the Turnage Theatre. The series is one of two that the arts council plans to present annually - in the Fall and Spring. “I have been working on assembling these shows since before we moved to the Turnage”, says Joey Toler, executive director of BCAC. “I hope we have put together a series that has broad appeal to a variety of potential audience members.”

Stories From Afar: Theatre For Youth Performance Showcase & Workshop
November 1, 2014

In association with ECU School of Theatre and Dance, this fun family show will include four stories from around the world. At the end of this hour-long performance, audience members can meet and greet the cast, and children and youth may take part in a short after- the- play workshop writing their own original play!
