If the past is any indication, BCAC anticipates that it will exhibit work by more than 40 local artists. According to BCAC Executive Director Joey Toler, the show is one of the organization’s most anticipated annual events.

Youth Art Camp

After being dark last summer for the first time in over 20 years, the Beaufort County Arts Council is bringing back its summer Youth Art Camp for 2013.  Registration will begin May 1st.  Art Camp 2013 will be held June 24-28 at the Washington Civic Center from 9am-12pm.  Registration is open to young people who are currently enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade.

BCAC Calendar

Throughout the year the Beaufort County Arts Council plays the proud host to several annual events that define the council and the arts in our community. These events anchor a varied and constantly growing program encompassing all the arts: music, dance, theater, etc. Our yearly fall Fine Arts Show brings the work of renowned artists hailing from all corners of the Southeast to Beaufort County's gallery go-ers, and our Holiday Arts and Crafts Show offers a hand-crafted, artist-created Christmas gift option.
