The Beaufort County Arts Council is located at 108 Gladden Street in historic downtown Washington, right across the street from "Bill's Hot Dogs".

BCAC is located one block from the waterfront where those traveling by boat receive free docking on the Pamlico River.

The Lane Gift Shop is occasionally open for special events such as the monthly Artisans' Market (2nd Saturday of each month) and Music In The Streets (3rd Friday of each month, 6 - 8pm, April - October).

The Washington Civic Center gallery is occasionally closed for private functions. Patrons are advised to call the Arts Council in advance to verify exhibit hours.
